Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
  4. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  5. Drive sales growth by identifying market opportunities and developing strong customer relationships.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety and company policies.
  7. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with customer needs and industry trends.
  8. Monitor performance metrics, implement improvements, and report to Executive Team and Director.
  9. Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  2. Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
