We exist to help our farmers optimise soil fertility and productivity to run their businesses in a profitable and sustainable way with a focus on lowering environmental impact. Beyond fertiliser, we provide nutrient management services, technical advice and essential farm inputs delivered how, where and when they are needed by our customers.About the Role:We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the team at our Severn Street Service Center to help keep our customers happy and our operations running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include blending bulk fertiliser, operating heavy machinery, processing computerised orders, and selling to customers.About You:Your previous experience in a customer-focussed role along with general store/yard work will make you an ideal candidate. Being able to operate a front-end loader and forklift would be a nice to have; however, we can provide the necessary training to see you succeed. You will be comfortable using a tablet/computer to use our stock management and ordering system.There are seasonal demands which require flexibility in the hours, including Saturday mornings and some nights during peak periods.
