We are currently looking for 2 full-time chefs in a permanent position.
The role as a chef you will be:
•    Familiar with Mediterranean Cuisine, confident on the Charcoal grill •   planning menus, coming up with new ideas and understanding how to cost food, order food and general supplies, and comprehending the cost to produce plates including costs of staffing•    monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation and delivery to the customer•    discussing food preparation issues with other parties, including but not necessarily limited to Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff•    demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures•    understand how to grill, bbq, saute, fry, and prepare including dishes such as •    preparing and cooking food in a variety of manners•    explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations•    may select and train staff as needs arise•    may freeze and preserve foodsAbility to multitask 
Prefer 3+ years experience as a Chef, ideally in a busy restaurant.Be available for a minimum 32 Hours of work per week. What the job involves:
You will be organized into a rotating roster and you will be required to work all days of the week including the weekend with 2 days off.
What you will be rewarded with: $29-33 per hour depending on experience
