We are looking for the right person to join us as our Assistant Manager. The right person will have a strong personal style with a keen interest in fashion and popular culture, while also being serious about getting down to business, meeting sales targets, and running our store efficiently and effectively alongside their coworkers, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Your working week will look like this: 5 days Thursday to Monday, with a total of approximately 35.5 hours (excluding breaks). These hours are non-negotiable.
The successful applicant will have amazing customer service and communication skills, use their initiative, work well under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment. They will be social media savvy, and ideally familiar with the Recycle Boutique brand along with a drive and passion for being part of a sustainable fashion company.
While we would prefer someone with retail experience, we are open to all applicants with other great and relevant work experience - this needs to be communicated in a cover letter to us.
