Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Ko to mahi – what you'll do Lead development of winning bids, working in partnership with the Sales lead to ensure the bid reflects the sales strategy.
Ensure all bids are run under the One NZ Bidding Process, and all Governance requirements are met.
Facilitate and manage all necessary Pit Stops, Workshops, and meetings involving both internal and external parties.
Ensure clear, accurate and timely communication takes place, including bid status reporting and escalation of material risk log items.
Ensure High Quality bids are issued to customers, and that robust loss reviews take place that can feed into our continuous improvement framework.
Na tou rourou - what you'll bring 7+ years' experience in Bid Management roles, with 5+ years' experience leading bids for a telco, technology or similar business.
Excellent leadership & Collaboration skills.
A clear track record of leading winning bids.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience & Ability to operate effectively in a large, cross functional, and pan geographic multinational environment.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and experience with knowledge bases and content and proposal toolsets.
