DUAL SITE VILLAGE CO-ORDINATOR The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider.We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand with 9 facilities offering independent Living Units (Retirement Village).Ultimate Care Bishop Selwyn and sister site Rose Court are looking for a Full-time Village Co-Ordinator to share.For the business, this role focuses on village sales and refurbishments of the units.For the village residents, you will be responsible for the delivery of resident services, enjoyment, safety, and wellbeing while they reside with us with the support of other key village team members.About the role: You must be able to work one weekend day a week.You will be assisting the Managers with timely communications.Support the sales process from initial enquiry to successful sales outcomes.Ensure that the refurbishments are completed in a timely manner.Aid in enabling a smooth and positive transition for new residents settling into their new home.You will support the manager with the complaints process through to resolution when needed.What will you bring: Knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Villages Act an advantage.Your quick and motivated learner attitude to enable you to pick up, implement and adhere to required compliance.Flexibility; to be successful in this role flexibility and being able to think quickly on your feet and adapt are key.Sales experience and a people-centred approach.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.A valid first aid certificate or be willing to undertake training.A clean Driver's License.A skill set that has strengths in autonomy, professionalism, and active listening.Is this the role you have been looking for?Can you see yourself adding value and delivering excellence for the residents?We want to hear from youApply Online Today#J-18808-Ljbffr
