You’ll be leading oursmall but passionate team and be responsible for all aspects of the organisation – in summary,you’ll be:• Promoting the work of INNZ throughout New Zealand• Leading the INNZ office in Tauranga and the NZ wide operation• Managing INNZ’s finances and budget• Engaging effectively with the Board of Trustees• A highly valued partner to the other 30 International Needs organisations around the worldThis role is full-time, based in Tauranga, working with stakeholders across NZ in particularAuckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.About youAs this is a CEO level role in a Christian mission support agency, we’re focused on thecombination of the person and their leadership skills rather than their specific experience in theNGO sector.Reach out if this sounds like you:• Passionate about Christian mission• Experienced at leading teams to sustainably grow an organisation’s impact• A people person, a good listener who can relate well to a wide range of people both within NZ and around the world• A innovator who can generate creative ideas but is realistic when implementing• Strong verbal and written communications skills including public speaking• A self-starter who takes accountability for results and can work with a Board of Trustees.• Free to travel both within NZ and to some challenging countries around the worldWhat we offerThis is a unique opportunity to be part of what God is doing both here in NZ and around theworld.
