LL Transco is seeking a dedicated Truck Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team If you are passionate about logistics and enjoy a fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and drive company trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
  • Adhere to delivery schedules while transporting goods to specified locations.
  • Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for deliveries, including delivery receipts, bills of lading, and inspection reports.
  • Keep records of mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses up to date.
  • Conduct regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to identify any mechanical issues.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes, and report any maintenance needs.
  • Assist in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless logistics and delivery processes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 5 truck driving license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Truck Driver.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts.
