Our Client in Auckland Looking for Experienced Restaurant / Cafe Manager Minimum 30 Hours Gurenteed. NZ $ 29.00 - $ 35.00 per Hour. We are looking for a Cafe Manager to run our small front of house team and work with our kitchen team to give our guests a great experience.Duties & Responsibilities Customer serviceOperating POS system, updating when neededServing food and clearing tablesSupervising staff, delegating jobsCommunicating with the kitchen teamStock ordering, and assisting with product developmentHelp with staff recruitment, and supervise/manage on the job trainingWork on your own and as part of a team Experience and Attributes A minimum of 3 years of experience in Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in a similar environmentGreat communication and customer service skills, including being able to interact with visitors from around the worldA positive, punctual and professional approachCommon sense with a fast paced natureExcellent attention to detailA positive 'can do' attitude with an enthusiastic personalityWork well under pressureThe ability to be able to delegate tasks, and manage staff on a daily basis in order to get the best performance from the teamSelf-belief, strength, humility, and ambition;
