Job Description We have two exciting opportunities to join our Menswear team on a permanent basis.Within Menswear we stock brands that are exclusive to us so have an exciting array of products to work with.These are busy areas and as one of our salespeople, you will enjoy interacting with our customers, having the confidence to provide that one-on-one service to advise on the latest trends or show off your product knowledge.Being passionate, motivated and committed to achieving high standards at all times.You will be adaptable, you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked.  Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across all of these areas is essential to assist the wider team when required.You will be working with an established team who embrace the positive culture that Ballantynes offers.Qualifications The ideal applicant will have the following attributes: Previous retail experience preferred Knowledgeable and passionate about Menswear clothing is desirable Helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to assist our customers Passionate about working with quality merchandise An enthusiastic, engaging and warm nature Great teamwork skills Additional Information There are two part time positions available: They are both Friday & Saturday roles, working 16 hours.Applications close 19 September 2024.Please note, we will be interviewing candidates during the application period so the role may close earlier than the end date.Applicants must have current eligibility to work in New Zealand.
