Who we’re looking for.

We are looking to invest in driven Senior Site Managers to join our friendly team in Auckland for several fixed-term contracts, with the potential to extend as more projects arise. You might be an experienced site manager looking for an opportunity to advance your career, or an established Senior Site Manager looking for an exciting change.

Working alongside other Stack site managers, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of commercial interior fit out projects, from start to finish in collaboration with our Project Managers & Quantity Surveyors.

The role will require both collaborative and independent work, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment and an opportunity to gain valuable site management alongside an in-house design team. While you’ll largely be site based, you’ll have the opportunity to spend time in our office, too – conveniently placed on the edge of Victoria Park.

What you'll bring.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the Interior fitout sector
  • New Zealand industry experience essential
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance
  • Solutions focused with a growth mindset
  • Exceptional communication, organised and proactive
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite
  • Experience using CAT Projects and Pro Core preferred
  • People management; experience working collaboratively and mentoring junior team members
  • Stakeholder management managing internal relationships, as well as clients, contractors and subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of the NZ Building Code
  • Experience upholding to high H&S standards
  • Thrives with variety, in a multi-challenging environment - no two days will be the same

The day-to-day.

  • Daily management of sub-contractors & suppliers
  • Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project programmes
  • Leading the preparation of weekly construction reports
  • Management of documentation control and distribution
  • Leading weekly site meetings and reporting
  • Overseeing all aspects of H&S
  • Management and execution of remedials.
