King's College is an independent Anglican secondary co-educational boarding and day-school based in Otahuhu, Auckland. The Board, Senior Leadership Team and employees are committed to academic excellence and providing the best all-round education possible to its students. The college provides NCEA and CIE (Cambridge International Examinations) educational pathways for Y9–13 boys and girls in Y11–13. What can you do for us: Use your skills, qualifications, NZAC membership and experience to work as part of a proactive, strengths-based, collaborative team to provide support to young people navigating the complexities of being a teenager in an ever-changing, demanding world. This may include running groups, restorative practices or other valuable tools for working with young people. Apply your experience working with teenagers in a dynamic environment where students push for academic success while balancing this with sports, culture, leadership and spirituality. Support young people on their journey, resourcing them to make informed choices in future situations, offering them a positive experience of counselling where they may be open to reaching out in the future when needed.
