Job Description As an experienced digger/machine operator you will be involved in a broad range of civil engineering projects.Whilst most of your time would be spent operating a digger other duties would include: Completing prestart checks and operate other plant and machinery within your capability Receiving additional training to operate other equipment Completing manual labour including lifting, carrying and shovelling Other general duties including spotting, collecting and delivering materials Accurately complete paperwork Taking pride in your work is important and completing a quality job.It goes without saying that the successful candidate would always work in a safe manner and adhere to all safety and environment guidelines as well as representing the company in a professional manner.Qualifications We are looking for someone that has: A full drivers license and WTR endorsements Digger operating experience (at least 3 years) Construction or civil background Clear communication and can work well in a team A strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety There will be pre-employment and random drug tests so being able to pass these is vital.  You would be joining a forward focused team that really cares about their team.There are future career opportunities within the organisation to continue learning and growing. This role also offers a competitive hourly rate and health insurance.Additional Information If you're looking to join a great team and work on different projects then click 'Apply for this job' and upload a brief cover letter and CV.
