The Role You'll lead the content strategy for all platforms, collaborating closely with the Content Directors for Shine TV and our radio brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll ensure our content is both engaging and reflective of our Christian mission . This role is about leading with humility, encouraging your team's growth, and making a lasting impact through media. What You'll Bring: People Leadership: Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills to inspire and nurture a diverse team. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in content strategy, social media, and digital video production. Familiarity with tools like RCS Zetta, G-Selector, Adobe Audition, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
