We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of eMobility Solutions to lead and scale our electric vehicle (EV) operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the eMobility Solutions strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching business objectives.Lead a high-performing team tasked with delivering and expanding EV infrastructure across New Zealand, including charging networks and fleet electrification.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, energy providers, and EV manufacturers.Oversee the planning, design, and installation of EV charging stations, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.Continuously monitor market trends and emerging technologies to drive improvements and innovations in the company’s eMobility Solutions offerings.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for both corporate and individual clients.Provide thought leadership on sustainability, contributing to the company’s broader environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.Key Requirements:Proven experience in eMobility Solutions, EV infrastructure, or a similar role within the energy or transportation sectors.Strong knowledge of the energy industry, electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and current industry trends.Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in managing high-performance teams.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.A strategic mindset with adaptability to the rapidly evolving landscape of the industry.Experience working alongside government regulatory bodies is a plus.An electrical background is advantageous, although specific qualifications are not essential.Strong financial acumen and comfort in transitioning between boardroom discussions and on-site engagements.ECL Group:Our company is NZ's leading Fuels and Technology solutions, support and maintenance provider and we have recently been a pioneer in the eMobility Solutions fast charging infrastructure space.
