You'll be busy cleaning, washing and moving cars; as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers.You will be responsible for:Upselling GO products and services.Providing travel tips and exceptional service.Handling contracts, vehicle check-outs and returns.Cleaning and moving our fleet of vehicles along with completing safety checks.Processing customer hire payments/daily balancing.Managing customer and booking queries.Problem solving when customers have issues on the road.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:At least 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and outstanding attention to detail.Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, etc).A restricted or full driver's licence.Great attitude and to turn up to work on time, every time ready to GO.To be able to work rostered shifts from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm (may include weekend days).If you think you've got what it takes, apply online todayWhat are you waiting for?
