Who We're Looking For: An experienced Beauty & Massage Therapist with a passion for providing top-tier customer service.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with clients and make them feel special.Experience working within a similar role and have demonstrated experience growing their client base and meeting KPIs.
A proactive, detailed-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining our clinics values and ambience.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to deliver exceptional service.
Must possess a Beauty Therapy Diploma or international qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
What You'll Do: Conduct Advanced Skin Treatments: Such as IPL, Microneedling, Ionotophoresis and Sonophoresis, advanced facials and peels, OBSERV diagnostics and Electrolysis/Lamprobe (an advantage), as well as beauty and massage therapies, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort and efficacy.
Deliver Superior Care: Provide exceptional clinical care with a focus on personalised treatments and detailed consultations that make each client feel valued, seen and understood.
Create Memorable Experiences: Elevate every client interaction with a warm, attentive approach that turns routine visits into remarkable moments of delight.
Foster Lasting Relationships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through attentive listening, customised recommendations, and follow-up care.
