We are committed to creating an exceptional guest experience and are dedicated to offering outstanding service.  We are looking for Chefs to work with our Head Chefs and be a part of establishing an exceptional team to deliver our vision.
As a key part of our Ayrburn team, you will be an excellent communicator and an expert at building and maintaining key relationships. This unique and exciting opportunity will see you working closely alongside the management team and be an integral part of setting and maintaining our standards. 
You will be experienced in high-volume, high-end cuisine with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in delivering exceptional service every time. The role of the Chef is to participate in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and be skilled to prepare menu items in all sections in line with HACCP standards.
You will be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including adhering to internal and external policies and procedures. Assist with menu development and execution.Have business acumen and understand financials, food and labour budgets etc. People management including recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning.Be a subject matter expert, understand food trends and do market research. Recognise when maintenance is required on kitchen equipment and communicate accordingly. Coordinate and complete monthly stocktakes. Ensure health and safety is always at the forefront. Ensure all kitchen logs are completely accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure the kitchen has a high level of cleanliness at all times. In terms of you, this role will take a high level of commitment and drive with the ultimate goal of making the business a success. You will have a strong understanding of working under pressure.
