Job Description In this role, you will support the Hotel Manager to supervise our team overnight.  You will be responsible for the hotel, in the absence of the management team.
This role offers a unique opportunity for business-minded individuals eager to fast-track their path toward becoming a Hotel Manager.
Your daily tasks will include: Working overnight from 11pm to 7:30am on a rotating roster.
Supervising late guest arrivals and early departures, ensuring that room allocations and check-in/check-out processes are customer-focused and follow set procedures.
Running reports and compiling statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures.
Compiling Night Audit day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing them to specific departments in a timely manner.
Completing computer system backups and saving them in accordance with finance policies and procedures.
Processing guest account transactions.
Leading the Night team.
Managing the security and safety of both hotel guests and employees.
Qualifications You will bring with you: Minimum of 2 years of front office experience in a supervisory role required.
Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous.
Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication  - both written and verbal Leadership capability.
NZ citizenship, permanent residency, or a current and valid work visa/permit.
