As the custodian of Information Experience, you will possess a deep understanding of the delivery of technical content and translations (such as guides, help, video, audio, and new technology) that aim to minimize the need for troubleshooting and support. The role requires you to understand our customer needs, lead a content delivery team, and develop novel information experience that provides technological differentiation.
