Phototherapist, Dermatology Team

Nursing - Community, Maternal & Child Health (Healthcare & Medical)Anwyl Specialist Medical Centre is one of the largest providers of phototherapy services in NZ, and a leading provider of patch testing services for both our own patients and for dermatologists nationwide. We are a small, but very busy clinic.You will join the Dermatology Team of Dermatologist, General Practitioner, Dermatology Nurse and Photo-therapist.We would like to hire a registered or enrolled nurse with a passion for dermatology who can assist us in treating our patients. We will provide training in phototherapy and patch testing, and expect you to develop expertise in these areas. You may also be assisting in local anesthetic surgical procedures, removing sutures, and wound care.We require someone who can work Saturday mornings 8 am to midday, as well as Tuesday and Thursday from 3 pm to 7 pm - a total of 12 hours per week.We offer a competitive hourly rate that will depend on the candidate's experience relevant to this position .You should have:A NZ Nursing Registration and current annual practicing certificateThe ability to upskill quicklyExcellent teamwork skillsEnthusiasm and compassion in abundanceExperience that would be a major advantage:Experience with Profile PMS software.Prior experience assisting with local anesthetic procedures.Send your CV to Dr Judd, Dermatologist and Director of AnwylMedical Ltd by August 17th 2024. #J-18808-Ljbffr
