Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Breast Cancer and Reconstruction Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care and support to patients throughout their health journey. Your expertise will be vital in offering guidance, education, and emotional support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to breast cancer, reconstruction and aesthetic patients.Collaborate closely with Dr. Gale and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Provide education and support to patients about treatment options and coping strategies.Conduct  wound assessments and monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey.Assist in minor operations in our procedure room.Attend an MDT once a month to discuss patient results and treatment plans.Provide written outcomes for cancer patients in the 'Cancer Results' booklet.Foster a nurturing environment that promotes healing and a return to wellness. Qualifications:
Registered Nurse, ideally (not exclusively) with experience in breast and wound care.Demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A compassionate approach to patient care and support. What We Offer:
