As a business leader at Hype DC, having a consumer-obsessed mentality is key. Your role will be to mentor and coach a team of passionate sneakerheads to deliver on our brand mission every day. Our store leaders are accountable for leading and driving a team to deliver on sales & KPIs by providing memorable experiences and best-in-class service to our consumers.
