Your New Journey:

This is not just a role - it's a pivotal career move to unleash your talent and lead and grow our brand-new Bay of Plenty Dealership. As a Dealer Principal, reporting directly to the CEO, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and commercial acumen that is needed to manage a busy dealership. You will:

  1. Be a natural leader with a proven track record of increasing profitability.
  2. Coach and develop the branch leadership and sales team to continue growing the business.
  3. Have strategic vision and proven ability to craft and execute strategies that deliver results.
  4. Be skilled in nurturing positive, long-term partnerships with our customers and team.
  5. Have passion and drive with a genuine enthusiasm for agriculture and its diverse customer base.
  6. Have 5+ years of dealership operational experience in capital equipment along with sound knowledge of Service and Parts departments.
  7. Have excellent financial management ensuring profitability and sustainable growth through sound budgeting, reporting, and management of cost.
