This is a rare chance to work directly with a highly regarded partner who is known for his collaborative leadership style and dedication to mentoring and developing lawyers.

The Opportunity

This role will see you advising on a wide variety of public and private M&A transactions , with a particular emphasis on complex, high-value public deals. The work spans both transactional and advisory matters, giving you exposure to:

  • Public takeovers and the Takeovers Code
  • Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and public capital raisings
  • Private placements and employee share schemes
  • Overseas Investment Office (OIO) consents
  • Regulatory investigations and continuous disclosure
  • General securities law and listed company advisory work

You'll be working on some of New Zealand's most significant corporate projects, alongside innovative investment professionals, both locally and internationally.

  • Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and investment professionals to deliver creative, tailored solutions
