About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our Client's team as a Temporary Labour Support Worker. This role involves traveling across the country to support the construction/installation of cabling infrastructure, working with a dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys teamwork, values health and safety, and is looking for a hands-on position in a dynamic environment. An opportunity to earn well and stay fit - then home for the weekends

Key Responsibilities: Assist technicians with various tasks, including:Loading and unloading vehicles for travelSupporting the construction and installation of cabling and pipesAiding in excavation activitiesFollow health and safety protocols diligently, wearing provided PPE and high visibility gear at all times.Participate in site induction and complete necessary documentation via mobile app.Work effectively in small teams, often comprising 2-3 individuals.Engage in physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 45kg).Take an interest in the industry and the contracts being delivered - you never know where it could lead Requirements: Full drivers licence (clean preferred).Health and fitness to meet the physical demands of the role.Willingness to travel and stay away from home during the business week (Monday to Friday).Availability for long working hours (50+ hours/week).A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.WTR or Class 2 license is advantageous but not essential.What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate, a generous allowance for food while traveling and overtime pay.Accommodation covered by the company, in quality motels or Air B'n'B's (own room).Opportunity for training and growth within the company.A supportive team environment with a welcoming culture.Health & Safety:
