Waiapu Kids Te Hapara Whanau Aroha is a licensed Early Childhood Centre that provides care and education for up to 50 children from 8.30 - 3.00pm each week day. Waiapu Kids Te Hapara is under the umbrella of Anglican Care Waiapu (ACW) which is the social services arm of the Anglican Diocese of Waiapu. We have services and programmes in Bay of Plenty, Tairāwhiti, Hawke's Bay and Tararua.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and innovative manager to lead the team in implementing our Education Practice Framework where Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership and values underpin thoughtful and intentional pedagogy which empowers all tamariki. As the ECE centre manager you will ensure a stimulating curriculum that responds to the aspirations and needs of children, whānau and community is provided and documented. The role has a strong leadership emphasis where you'll be required to coach and support the team to reach their full potential. The ECE centre manager will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the centre and its operational functions.
