About you We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation – Health professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our team, in either Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch. This role is client-facing, and you will have responsibility for drafting documentation, including submissions, appearing in court and at hearings, and mentoring junior team members. You may have exposure to health litigation in private practice or work for a public sector organization. Your experience will include: Litigation before courts and tribunals Mediation Conducting investigations Providing sound strategic advice. What do we offer?
