We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join in our busy ED Clerical and Telephony Team.
We require shift cover over a 24 hour period Monday to Sunday for 8 hour shifts.
(This position is 64 hours per fortnight) The remuneration range for this role is $65,627 to $ 74,510 and is covered by the collective agreement: PSA Clerical & Administration Collective Employment Agreement Position Description | ED Administrator Moū - About you The ideal applicant should possess: · Previous receptionist experience · Customer focused with excellent customer service skills · Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of medical terminology · Proven knowledge of all Windows based applications · Proven keyboard skills ensuring speed and accuracy · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Proven knowledge of the Privacy Act, and the Health Information Privacy Code · An understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and cultural awareness · Proven organisational skills and attention to detail · Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise appropriately · Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines · Able to work shift work · Proven ability to work as part of a team Ko wai mātou | Our Organisation Situated on the eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island, Gisborne "Tairāwhiti" – "The light shines on the water" is the first city in the world to see the rising sun of the new day.
