Where? Commercial Bay, Central Auckland
The Company: 3 Wise Men has been around for 20 years, is NZ owned, and has gained enormous respect through boutique stores, quality products and exceptional customer service levels led by our world-class staff.
What we do: 3 Wise Men makes well-made and interesting men's clothing at a great price. Our motto is: just the right amount of fashion.
What skills would be good to have?
- Experience in fashion, homewares and cosmetics a plus.
- A passion for fashion.
- Love to smash sales budgets.
- An eye for detail.
- Computer literate (especially Excel).
- Ability to contribute to a small but integral leadership team.
- Awesome attitude towards your work, your team, and the business with the desire to achieve shared goals.
What's the deal? Competitive hourly rate along with a caring working environment that treats everyone as equal. Also, a share every month in the store bonus scheme when achievable targets are met.
Long term prospects? Considerable training and on-the-job development. The role is supported by our Store Manager.
Anything else while we're here? This is not a "paint by numbers" retail management role. You will get exposure to the larger business as a whole and feel very much part of an engaged team. We proudly think 3 Wise Men is a unique business and one that all our people are very proud to represent.
