Field Inspector

Field Inspector Responsibilities : Perform a visual & detailed collection of data and inventory of pad mounted electrical equipment to include sizes and structure types.Perform field data collection utilizing approved collection materials to include laptop / iPad, GPS, and other electronic devices as necessary.To operate and understand Infrared / Thermal technologies via, hand-held infrared cameras. Company certification will be provided for employees utilizing Thermal Cameras.Perform other duties as assigned.SafetyFollow all Safety protocols and practices established by company safety policies.Possess a working knowledge of OSHA requirements to the induvial job responsibilities.Responsible to maintain a safe and healthful place of workPersonal protective equipment must be used when and where required, and properly maintained.Maintain a safe driving recordQualityResponsible for the quality of your individual workResponsible for meeting the quality requirements as outlined per project worked.Self-check all work and the work of others as assigned. Field Inspector Requirements : Working knowledge of power and or communication industry preferred.Clear driving recordAbility to lift 20+ pounds Additional Considerations : Working outdoors and in high and low temperatures, utilizing thermal imaging equipment, laptop, etc. as required.Interactions with Public and Customers is likely throughout each dayField role with travel in but not limited to : Florida , North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, MissouriLodging in a hotel up to 3-4 weeks at a time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
