If you are someone who excels in Administration this could be the ideal role for you.The fast-paced nature of this role requires exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines all while maintaining composure and a sense of humour.The position is full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, located at EVES Katikati.Key Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with internal teams, including the sales team and Branch Manager, as well as external clients by promptly responding to inquiries.Utilise the Property Suite and Vault CRM systems to manage listings and handle marketing administration for our branch.As the face of the office, you will be the first point of call for walk-in enquiries and take ownership of stationary orders and general office needs.Requirements:Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.Previous experience with CRM systems or comparable software.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.A background in contracts, legal documentation and customer-focused office administration is preferred.What's great about EVES:Ongoing training and development by our internal training team.If you are ready to be an integral part of our team and contribute to the success of EVES Katikati, apply now through Seek.
