Team Coordinator (TC) Further ProcessingWe currently have a vacancy for Team Coordinator (TC) who will play a pivotal role in overseeing production activity within the Further Processing department here at Tegel. You will report into the Team Leader for Further Processing.This is a permanent full-time position (Monday to Thursday) that requires flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the business. You will be responsible for the efficient planning and effective coordination of day-to-day activities within your team.Key responsibilities include:Planning, leading, organising and controlling day-to-day operations and ensuring the Team Leaders and Managers are well informed.Developing and engaging with the team.Ensuring that sufficient skill levels are available to meet demand.Problem-solving and liaising with Engineering to maintain and improve performance.Updating weekly performance charts and reporting on variances.Ensuring team members are complying with company rules, policies and standard work.Ideal attributes for this role:Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Supervising others.Systems processing.Processing experience.Sound judgement, and a strong ability to understand and solve problems.What does Tegel offer?Fantastic development opportunities to grow and move into other departments.Life Insurance.It would be helpful if you have had previous leadership experience, or have held a position of responsibility; however, this is not essential.
