What you need: Proven leadership, ideally with 3 years experience or qualification Run special functions Maintain records of financial transactions, cashup and FOH stock levels. Ensure the restaurant is clean, compliant & ready for service Lead, motivate, train and develop the team Current manager's license or the ability to obtain one Understanding of the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2022 This is a 30+ hour week, willing & able to work on a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays Excellent English, Te Reo is an advantage Want to inspire & motivate our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences every time?
