Let's talk about responsibilities: As a Sleep Coach for EdenSleep, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting directly into the Team Leader you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.
You have a strong customer service focus, with empathy, compassion and a drive to deliver the best outcome.
Our team is small, and our industry is forever evolving, so we're not a fan of "not my role" type of behaviour – we're a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following –
Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role. Provide a caring and outstanding reception duties to our customers Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure. A strong customer service that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual. Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must. An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues. Excellent computer skills and the ability to operate across multiple platforms.
