Repertoire Merivale Store Manager - Monday to Friday (30Hours) - NZ Women's Fashion brand – NZ Owned and Operated Repertoire is created to inspire women with clothing they can feel confident in while celebrating their unique style personality.  Our collections are designed for now and forever, transcending seasons and trends with a timeless aesthetic.  The significant majority of Repertoire garments are locally made right here in NZ.   Join Repertoire as a Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service in a creative, empowering fashion environment  We are currently looking for a driven and energetic part time Store Manager to help nurture and grow our Merivale store and team, the days of work being Monday-Friday, 30hours.
Key responsibilities include: Styling and selling NZ fashionDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships.Lead by example, setting high sales and customer service standardsMeet store targetsCoach and develop your team to ensure their sales, customer service and product knowledge are maximised.Ensure high standards of stock integrityRun monthly events to increase brand awareness and attract new customersManage day to day store operational requirementsPreparation of the monthly store rostersWhy you should apply: Competitive hourly rate and a clothing allowanceGenerous staff discountsBonuses for achieving targets If this position sounds right for you, then we would love to hear from you.
