We are a dietary supplement manufacturer located in Christchurch, proudly family-owned and operated for over 45 years. With five brands of our own, we also collaborate with more than 200 trusted brands to provide contract manufacturing services. Our reach extends globally, as we export both our own products and those of our partners. We have several in-house teams including design, marketing, production, imports/purchasing - and our own factory shop with hundreds of low-cost supplements As a global company, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and cultivating strong customer relationships that contribute to long-term success. We are committed to creating a friendly and supportive team environment. In this role, you will collaborate with most internal departments.
Qualifications & experience Minimum 5 years of sales experience at an account manager level. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong negotiation skills with diverse personalities and stakeholders. Dedication to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations. Experience in project managing client contracts from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Experience in the health industry is a plus but not required. Tasks & responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers and leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and leads to understand their needs. Be an expert on our capabilities, service offerings, and products. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Promote our latest innovations and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic solutions to meet customers' long-term goals. Collaborate with the sales manager to strengthen business relationships with key accounts. Identify opportunities for revenue growth from existing customers and new business prospects. Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and negotiate favorable terms on renewal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
