About the role
As a HIAB driver no day is ever the same. This fast-paced and physical role will see you delivering building materials to a variety of residential and commercial construction sites in the Horowhenua area from our new purpose-built branch in Levin.
Your focus will be on providing an exceptional service and delivery to our valued customers in a timely, professional and safe manner. Your adaptability and versatility will be key as you will also be required to provide support when needed in the timber yard including operating a forklift to load and unload customer orders. Your responsibilities will include:
Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble, and load orders. Navigate various building and construction sites with various ground conditions. Safely offloading product deliveries at job sites, adhering to health and safety protocols. Handle sales paperwork and documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, whether on-site or off-site, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards. About you
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.
Full, Clean NZ Drivers Licence and Class  4/5 Current HIAB Certification with solid HIAB driving experience is desirable but not essential A team player with the right attitude. A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers. Proven awareness of health and safety legislation in this industry. Physically fit for the occasional heavy lifting and manual handling What we offer:
