This role offers the opportunity to lead and work on a range of projects such as a competency framework, leadership development programme, LMS and on-line learning, career pathways and graduate programme. You will also enjoy partnering with people leaders across ORC in the design and delivery of effective learning solutions.From our People Strategy and Learning Framework we have a blue-print for ORC to become a learning organisation and build the capability it needs now and for the future.
