About the role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Sales Consultant to join our progressive and dynamic team.  This role is an integral part of our sales team where you will identify new opportunities and drive growth by building long term and lasting relationships with Architects, Designers and Specifiers.    You will need to develop and execute strategies that will propel Nu-Wall's presence while gaining specifications.  You will also provide current market insights that will help shape our business through networking via industry associations, events and functions.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement and execute strategies that create business opportunities to grow  Nu-Wall's business.Drive Nu-Wall's specifications in both our residential and commercial sectors by working closely with architects, specifiers and designers.Manage existing relationships and build new long term alliances within the industry, by staying updated on market trends , new products and competitor projects. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions, timely responses to on all customer queries and leads.You will need: Experience within the  cladding/ building industry or Architectural specification space with a knowledge of the construction industry and NZ building code would be an advantage.Proven technical sales and negotiating skills to enable you to identify, seek out opportunities and actively build long term relationships. Exceptional communication and networking skills, with the ability to deliver top quality service and manage projects end to end.To be solution focused and able to solve problems by thinking strategically and able to overcome objections to gain Nu-Wall specification on our customers projects.Passion and enthusiasm to stay abreast of new architectural product offerings and projects within the architectural sales channel.Initiative to bring ideas forward and always challenge the status quo to improve Nu-Wall's market share.To take real ownership and responsibility, combined with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
