When you join this team, you'll take the reins on existing paid social media, looking at the existing roadmap and making changes as you see fit. You'll identify key success metrics as you implement your strategy, analyze results and iterate using an Agile test-and-learn methodology as you grow more familiar with the team and the business.Why You?How you'll know if you're a fit…You have an exceptionally strong background in paid social. You have a track record of designing and executing social media strategy and campaigns that achieve high levels of engagement among targeted audiences. You're an expert in all the tools of the trade, especially Facebook ad optimization.
