GP Practice Nurse Position (Full Time) - Remuera, Auckland Are you a skilled Practice Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in a boutique medical setting? Auckland Family Medical Centre Remuera is seeking a dedicated professional to join our esteemed team.
About Us: Located in the heart of Remuera, Auckland, our practice is renowned for its personalized, high-quality care in a private and welcoming environment.
We are a small boutique clinic, priding ourselves on offering a unique and personalized experience to our valued patients.
We currently have a Nursing position of up to 32-40 hours available Monday - Friday. The practice is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
About you The ideal candidate for Auckland Family Medical Centre would have a passion for practice nursing with previous experience in Primary Care. You will be caring compassionate and empathetic in your approach to patients, with the best patient outcomes central to everything you do. Working alongside the General Practitioners and the Practice Manager you will provide high quality support to the whole team in a role that encompasses all aspects of practice nursing.
What you will bring  You will hold a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate and Vaccination Certificate. Your experience in health care will enable you to perform a range of clinical duties including childhood immunizations & health checks, wound care management, chronic disease management, maintenance of patient records, phone triage and advice as well as procedures including:
Prepping for minor surgical procedures.
Infection Control
Travel, COVID & Flu Vaccinations
ECGs
Managing recalls and screening
