Do you enjoy juggling multiple recruitment assignments and tight time frames? We are looking for a motivated, initiative-taker who is passionate about people and ready to jump feet first into delivering outstanding experiences to our key stakeholders and candidates. Au Mahi | What You Will Do Hitting the ground running, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment within a diverse portfolio for our key stakeholders. No day will be the same and you will bring your previous recruitment experience to: Ensuring documentation and approval processes are followed Undertaking detailed recruitment briefs with Hiring Managers Crafting adverts and managing advertising channels Screening, interviewing and providing advice on salary and benefits Working alongside hiring managers to improve capability and confidence. We work collaboratively, so you will support other recruitment team members with recruitment assignments. You will be passionate about people. You must be curious, show initiative and not be afraid to ask questions. You will also: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Connect quickly with a diverse range of people Be professionally and technically competent and confident Understand how to provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience Experience with SnapHire or Workday would be advantageous.
