About the role This Business Analyst role sits within Now’s Business Enablement & Operations group, the team responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting fit‑for‑purpose systems, products, and applications across the business. Their work centres on business enablement, product development, and service enhancement, supporting the delivery of the Now product roadmap and wider business objectives. As a BA, you’ll be responsible for identifying, defining, and assisting with the delivery of initiatives and projects that enable Now to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve its strategic goals. You’ll work independently with confidence, act as a mentor and thought leader, and be a go‑to person for complex analysis tasks. You’ll also support fast and efficient delivery through strong stakeholder engagement, clear documentation, and coaching of junior BA talent. In this role, you’ll: Actively evolve BA concepts and standardise project and process documentation Provide leadership, direction, and peer review across BA deliverables Understand, communicate, prioritise, and document business processes and rules Identify business needs and enable technical solution delivery Support project facilitation, helping delivery teams navigate risks, dependencies, and blockers Engage in solution design, implementation, training, and lifecycle support Assess technical debt, supportability, and long‑term maintainability early in solution design About you You’re an experienced BA who brings structure, clarity, and calm thinking to busy environments. You’re confident working independently, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting Agile delivery teams. Here’s what you’ll bring: 3‑5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with strong competency across core BA practices including planning, elicitation, requirements management, analysis, design, and solution evaluation Proven Agile experience and ability to produce high‑quality specifications Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including UAT and regression testing Experience contributing to large or complex projects with multiple workstreams Skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution Experience coaching or mentoring others in BA practices Experience with CRM and Saa S platforms (Salesforce experience is advantageous) Understanding of working within a product development environment would be advantageous Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience in modern, high‑performing software or product environments What we offer As a Now employee, you’ll be part of a supportive, customer‑centric environment.
