We are currently looking for experienced class 4 drivers to join our clients in ongoing roles. These roles involve both driving and manual labour, so candidates must be physically fit. For the right person, these positions will lead to upskilling as well as opportunities for permanent contracts. Hours will be Monday - Friday with 6/7 AM starts, requiring at least 45 - 50 hours per week as we lead into summer. Occasional Saturday work may be required during peak times. Your role will include but not be limited to: Class 4 landfill and recycling collection When required, undertake alternate duties as directed by your supervisor due to weather or other circumstances. Comply with legal road rules and regulations, drive defensively, and display high standards of a professional driver at all times. Operate your log book legally and correctly; drivers are responsible for taking breaks when legally required, and log books and time sheets must correspond. Complete the daily pre-start check sheet for your allocated vehicle before engine start, in line with company requirements.
