Atlas Quarries-Brynderwyn, Maungaturoto, require a Loader Driver to join their team.Atlas Concrete has been in business for 70+ years, supplying ready mix concrete, pre-cast concrete, aggregate and other related supplies to the wider Auckland and Northland regions. We have 9 branches across 4 divisions: Atlas Concrete, Atlas Quarries, Mt Rex Shipping and Atlas Tilt Slab.The main purpose of the role:Operate the Loader, ensuring aggregate is loaded safely and efficiently into trucks and trailers. You will be working very closely with the truck drivers. Keeping the loader in excellent working order is essential, including keeping it clean and tidy, fueled, and ready for work. Daily pre-starts are essential.Key requirements for the role:Previous Loader driver experience.Be a committed and reliable team player.Be aware of site hazards and work with the company's Health and Safety Policies.WTR license endorsement is desirable; however, training will be provided to the right candidate.Hours: Monday-Friday and alternate Saturdays.Personal attributes and skills:You will be organized, action-oriented, with good operational relationship-building and communication skills.Note: Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and are required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
