As an Apprentice Mechanic, you will receive support from experienced trade-qualified staff and learning providers.What You'll Do:Engage in both hands-on and theory-based learning and assessment.Gain practical experience in our Port workshop, working alongside qualified professionals.Pursue an NZQA accredited automotive heavy equipment trade qualification.What We're Looking For:Technical school qualifications (NCEA Level 2 in Maths, Physics, English, etc.).Ideal Candidate:Interest in mechanical servicing and comfort working at heights (e.g., from elevated work platforms, mobile harbour crane servicing).Ability, motivation, and commitment to succeed.Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.Ability to thrive in a safe, team-based culture providing 24/7 cover.If this sounds like something you're interested in, submit an online application today.
