GoodNoze Pet Cuisine is a leading provider of premium freeze-dried pet food, dedicated to ensuring the health and happiness of pets around the world. We are seeking a proactive, bilingual (Mandarin and English) Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with export documentation, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required forms.Create and manage E-cert (Export Certificates) for pet food shipments.Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities to ensure smooth export processes.Maintain accurate records and files of export documentation.Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management tasks.Assist in coordinating and tracking international shipments to ensure timely delivery.Handle any export-related inquiries and resolve any documentation discrepancies. Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in export operations.Familiarity with export documentation processes and E-cert systems.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong translation skills (both written and verbal).Experience working with customs, freight, and international trade compliance is an advantage.
