Branch Manager – Levin Branch We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and highly motivated person to join our Levin team as the new Branch Manager.
In this role you'll have full autonomy to manage the Branch end to end, driving sales and business performance, managing inventory levels, building exceptional relationships with our customer base as well as coaching, supporting and continuing to develop our experienced team to be the best in the industry.
We are looking for an individual who is up-beat, forward-thinking, and consistently works towards the objectives of our business.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for: Leading, motivating, and continuously developing your team.Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure continued market leadership.Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered daily by you and your team. Providing leadership in sales activities and ensuring the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targets.Growing our market share and ensuring the Branch remains highly competitive and attractive in the market.Monitoring and managing operating costs and sales targets.Leading company, and local initiatives to ensure we are always leading the market.

Skills and experience you'll bring to the role: Experience leading a team in either a retail or B2B sales environment.A natural leader with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire your team to succeed. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and organisational abilities.Sales and/or relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen.Full, clean drivers licence. A sound knowledge of wholesaling or the electrical industry is essential.Ambition and drive to succeed and grow at a personal and professional level.
