Retail Supervisor  We are looking to fill 1 permanent full-time retail supervisor position in our busy retail shop inBlenheim. The job suits a very dynamic person who has an ability to multi-task, takes initiativeand has the ability to take decisive action in a fast-paced work environment. 5 days per week – rostered shifts between 7 am and 8pm from Monday toSunday Weekly hours: 30-35 hoursAvailability to work on weekends and public holidaysHourly rate: minimum $26 maximum: $28From time to time overtime may be requiredThe positionYou will oversee, coordinate and supervise the job tasks of our staff on a day to day basis. You willwork closely with our general manager and the rest of the team to ensure there is good teamcohesion and customers have a pleasant experience while shopping with us.Job responsibilitiesProvide customers prompt and exceptional customer serviceAnswer customer inquiries about goods and servicesHandle customer complaintsPlan and prepare staff time rostersStaff management including recruitment, training andsupervision Resolve staff grievancesBe in charge of stock taking, price setting and order newstock Check the condition of the delivered goodsImplement strict safety and security proceduresSkills and experienceMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role in a customerservice settingCash handling experienceProven sales experience and a passion for providing high quality customerexperience Excellent communication and relationship building skillsStrong organisational skillsExceptional customer service skillsFamiliarity with health and safety proceduresStrong work ethic & ability to work in teamMust be physically fit as heavy lifting may be requiredIf you require more information about the job, please contact Sukhjinder at mailto:
